The Landing is Assisted Living at its Finest

The Landing is a 42-unit Assisted Living community with a Southern-inspired, home-like atmosphere. The facility includes living room areas with fireplaces, televisions and media, and large windows; group dining areas with comfortable seating to foster social engagement and friendships; as well as a library, hobby/exercise room, full-service beauty/barber shop, wellness center and other activity and gathering areas.

We understand how important it is to maintain an independent and active lifestyle and The Landing is designed specifically to support our resident’s independence and promote ongoing socialization.

The Landing offers one-bedroom and studio apartments with three floor plan designs, located on our first and third floors.

One-bedroom floor plans:

• The Wisteria includes one bedroom, a sitting area, one large closet and a private bathroom.
• The Magnolia includes one bedroom, a sitting area, two closets and a private bathroom.

Studio floor plans:

• The Willow includes a private bathroom and walk-in-closet, with most including a private balcony.

We also offer two additional studio floor plans, which include private bathrooms with showers, a closet.

Our residents are welcome to furnish their apartment-homes with personal belongings, however we are happy to provide furnishings if desired. We also have special rates for couples.

The Landing also offers a variety of services and care options, including daily showers, daily dressing, daily grooming, continence care, and mobility transfers among others.
