The Cove Memory Impairment and Dementia Care

The Cove is an elite 22-unit Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care community focused on residents in need of a little extra TLC, and includes indoor enrichment activities and safe outdoor activity areas. We are designed to meet the specific needs of residents with varying levels of dementia and memory loss. A consistent daily schedule is upheld seven days per week to help maintain the residents’ abilities and encourage the use of their remaining skills.
Our rooms provide peace-of-mind security and have specially-designed environments that look and feel like home. The Cove offers one-bedroom and studio apartments with three floor plan designs on our secure, second level, with first floor access.

One-bedroom floor plans:

• The Wisteria includes one bedroom, a sitting area, one large closet and a private bathroom.
• The Magnolia includes one bedroom, a sitting area, two closets and a private bathroom,.

Studio floor plan:

• The Willow includes a private bathroom and walk-in-closet, with most including a private balcony.

Our residents are welcome to furnish their apartment-homes with personal belongings, however we are happy to provide furnishings if desired.

The Cove also offers a variety of services and care options, including safety monitoring, redirection, basic reminders, continence care, daily showers, daily dressing, daily grooming and mobility transfers among others.

Our professional staff of Resident Service Leaders will meet privately with each resident’s family to develop an individualized service and care plan.
