Assisted Living Apartment Floor Plans

Summer’s Landing’s warm, cozy, Southern-inspired facility and nurturing staff will provide a home-like atmosphere, while providing assistance with daily living you or your loved-one cannot get at home.

Our residents are welcome to furnish their apartment-homes with personal belongings, however we are happy to provide furnishings if desired. We also have special rates for couples.

The Landing offers one-bedroom and studio apartments with three floor plan designs.

One-bedroom floor plans:

• The Wisteria includes one bedroom, a sitting area, one large closet and a private bathroom, ranging up to 650-sq.ft.
• The Magnolia includes one bedroom, a sitting area, two closets and a private bathroom, ranging up to 650-sq.ft.

Studio floor plan:

• The Willow includes a private bathroom and walk-in-closet, with most including a private balcony, ranging up to 275-sq.ft.

We also offer two additional studio floor plans, which include private bathrooms with showers, a closet and up to 275-sq.ft. Floor plan designs are coming soon, please visit our facility for a tour.

Dementia and Alzheimer’s Studio Floor Plans

The Cove provides peace-of-mind security and has specially-designed environments that look and feel like home.

The same floor plan options as The Landing (The Wisteria, The Magnolia and The Willow) are available and are located on our secure, second floor with first-floor access.
